Barndominium Atlas is a directory of barndominium contractors and builders. The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Listings are compiled from public sources and user submissions. We do not provide construction services and we are not a licensed contractor.

Builder listings represent businesses that were operating at the time of indexing. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current but cannot guarantee that any listing accurately reflects a builder’s current status, pricing, availability, licensing, or geographic service area.

No Guarantee of Builder Quality or Licensing

Inclusion in this directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of a builder’s quality, workmanship, licensing status, insurance coverage, or business practices. We do not certify or independently verify the credentials of any listed builder beyond confirming that the business exists and operates in the barndominium construction space.

Before entering into any contract with a builder found on this site, you are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence. This includes verifying state contractor licensing, insurance, references, and any other qualifications relevant to your project.

Quote Requests and Lead Submissions

When you submit a quote request through the Site, we transmit your contact information and project details directly to the builder you selected. Barndominium Atlas is not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction that may result from that introduction. We are not responsible for any outcome of the relationship between you and a builder, including disputes over quality, pricing, timelines, or contract terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a quote request or any other form on this Site.

Accuracy of Information

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information on this Site for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties
